Hereby we inform our respected students, applicants and parents that on March 25, 2020, the Ukrainian government ordered the extension of quarantine measures in the entire country until April 24, 2020, and declared a situation of emergency (halt public transport & passenger traffic, including aeroplanes, trains, buses within, from and to Ukraine) with the possibility of extending or reducing this duration depending on the situation, though, this regime does not limit personal freedoms.

Earlier the quarantine was imposed on March 16 to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. The measures were originally supposed to last until April 3, 2020.

THE BORDERS OF UKRAINE  will be closed due to comprehensives quarantine measures, to prevent the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS & EMBASSIES OF UKRAINE in regions effected by corona-virus (COVID-19), due to measures to prevent the outbreak of the corona-virus (COVID-19) set by the local governments and by Ukrainian government, have temporarily suspended the reception of foreign citizens and services for any means - including the legalisation of documents and the Visas. 

However, ADMISSIONS ARE OPEN AND THE PROCESS IS CARRIED OUT REMOTELY.

During quarantine, Ukrainian International Education Council CONTINUES TO WORK ONLINE with our students, partners and applicants for consultation, assessment of applications and documents, issuance of COLs and admission letters, translation of documents, etc..

All accepted applicants will be provided with an admission letter, confirming their admission to the educational establishment and entry of their data into the central database of the Ministry of education of Ukraine. Invitations and visa confirmation letters to apply for study visas of Ukraine (D13) will be issued in accordance with the recommendations of the Embassy of Ukraine and their work schedule in a particular country.
