A student should provide the receipt of paid application fee.

This amount covers:

• Application fee and correspondence charges;
• Official fee for student placement confirmation letter issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Ukraine;
• Official fee for visa support letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to the Ukrainian embassy in respective country.

Issuance of official invitation letter takes 5 to 10 working days. When the official Invitation is ready, first we send a scan copy of it to a student’s email address and then the original invitation through courier post.
